Services
Research-informed nutrition support, matched to what your horse actually needs.
Every service starts the same way: a clear picture of your horse’s current program, evaluated through a research-informed lens. From there, the path depends on what’s needed: a written report to reference anytime or a written report paired with time to talk it through together.
What We Offer
-
The flagship service. Submit your horse’s current feeding program, forage details, and management information. A written report follows with a full evaluation of your horse’s diet and evidence-based recommendations tailored to their needs and your circumstances.
What’s included: a review of current hay/forage, concentrate, and supplement program; identification of nutritional gaps, redundancies, or concerns; practical, research-informed recommendations; a written report delivered within 3 business days of the completed intake.
Standard (written report only): $150
Premium (written report + 45-minute live call): $195
-
Horses are frequently over-supplemented, under-supplemented, or given products that don’t deliver what their labels promise. This service evaluates the current supplement stack for ingredient quality, label accuracy, efficacy based on available research, and fit within the overall feeding program.
What’s included: a review of each supplement currently in the horse’s program; an evaluation of redundancy, efficacy, and nutritional fit; a research-informed assessment of label claims; and a written summary with findings and recommendations.
Standard (written review only): $125
Premium (written review + 30-minute call): $175

Feed tags are dense, technical, and often misunderstood. This service provides a plain-English written breakdown of a specific commercial feed, what the guaranteed analysis actually tells you, how the ingredient list reads, what’s worth a closer look, and how the product compares to what it claims to deliver.
What’s included: written interpretation of guaranteed analysis and ingredient list; explanation of what the numbers mean in practical terms; notes on anything worth a closer look; context for how the product fits, or doesn’t, in a balanced program.
Single feed tag: $45
Bundle of 3 tags: $125

Feeding a full barn is one of the largest recurring costs in any boarding or lesson operation, and it's rarely reviewed once the program is set. This audit takes a research-informed look at your barn's current feed and forage program, not just for nutritional fit, but for cost per horse, waste, and purchasing efficiency. The result is a written report identifying where money is being spent well and where it may not be.
What's included:
Review of current hay/forage sourcing, concentrate program, and supplement use across the barn
Cost-per-horse-per-day breakdown for the current program
Identification of redundancy, overfeeding, or mismatched products relative to horse needs
Notes on purchasing efficiency, including bulk buying and sourcing opportunities worth a closer look
Written report with practical, prioritized recommendations
Pricing depends on barn size, so reach out via the contact form below to inquire on pricing for your operation.
